The head of the West African examination Council (WAEC), dr. Rosemond Wilson, has
officially commenced a nationwide tour of various WASSCE examination centers. The
exercise aims to monitor the conduct of the ongoing West African Senior School
Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and ensure strict compliance with all
examination guidelines.
Dr. Wilson
emphasized the council's commitment to upholding integrity, fairness, and
transparency in the examination process. She noted that WAEC will not tolerate any
form of malpractice and urged both candidates and invigilators toi adhere
strictly to the rules.
The tour will cover several regions, giving WAEC officials the opportunity to inspect facilities, interact with supervisors, and address any emerging challenges in real-time. According to Dr. Wilson, this initiative forma part of a key qualification for higher education and employment across West Africa.
WAEC also
